Donald Deieso, PhD - Chairman & CEO.
A strong and effective leader, Dr. Deieso has led the growth of several organizations in the healthcare IT sector. As the CEO of EduNeering, Inc., a Princeton-based company providing compliance consulting services and online training to the pharmaceutical and medical device industry, Dr. Deieso led the rapid growth of the company and its technology solutions. In 2005, Deloitte recognized EduNeering as one of the nation’s Fast 500 Technology Companies for the fourth consecutive year. In 2007, Dr. Deieso led the successful sale of EduNeering to Kaplan, Inc. Before entering the healthcare IT field, Dr. Deieso was the CEO of several publicly traded companies in the engineering, construction, and technology sectors. He has also held senior positions in both federal and state government, and has served on the faculty of Rutgers University. Dr. Deieso holds a BSME from Manhattan College, as well as an MS and PhD from Rutgers University, and is a member of both the Sigma Xi Society and the Pi Tau Sigma engineering honor society. Dr. Deieso has served on the Board of Directors of several companies; in addition to PeriGen, he currently serves on the Board of Sentrx, a pharmacovigilance services company.

Dave Azad, JD - Director.
Mr. Azad is a Principal with Galen Partners. Prior to joining Galen, he was an Associate Principal in the healthcare practice of McKinsey & Company. He previously practiced law with Latham & Watkins. Mr. Azad holds an AB from Duke University and a JD from the University of Chicago.

David. W. Jahns - Director.
Mr. Jahns is a Managing Director of Galen Partners, a leading healthcare growth equity investment firm founded in 1990. With experience in over 70 growth equity investments, Mr. Jahns has developed substantial expertise and leadership in working with entrepreneurs to build market-leading healthcare companies in the areas of medical devices and technology-enabled services. Prior to joining Galen in 1993, Mr. Jahns was an investment banker and financial advisor to healthcare companies. He worked in the Corporate Finance Department at Smith Barney, Inc. in New York, specializing in public offerings and mergers and acquisitions, as well as public debt financings. As an investment banker and venture capitalist, Mr. Jahns has worked on more than 20 initial public offerings, including 11 Galen portfolio companies’ IPOs. Additionally, he has extensive M&A experience including 19 portfolio companies’ sales to financial and strategic buyers.
Mr. Jahns has served on numerous public company Boards of Directors and currently serves several Galen portfolio companies including: CBL Pathology, Dakim Brain Fitness, Unisyn Medical Technologies, PeriGen, InTouch Health, and USHIFU.
Mr. Jahns earned an MBA from the Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management, where he specialized in Health Services Management and is currently a guest lecturer on private equity and venture capital case studies. He earned his BA in political science and economics from Colgate University, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
Joshua Lewis - Director.
Mr. Lewis is the Founder and Managing Principal of Salmon River Capital, managing the firm and its investing activities. He has 20 years of experience in identifying, understanding, and working in partnership with management teams in building valuable growth businesses. His experience encompasses a wide range of dynamic, growth industries and transaction types, and he has particular expertise in Salmon River Capital's focal markets. He was previously a General Partner of both Warburg Pincus, where he served for over a decade, and Forstmann Little. He began his career with Lehman Bros. and Noble Grossart. Current and former boards include: Capella Education Company (NASDAQ: CPLA), a leading provider of post-secondary education; Axioma, a leading provider of portfolio optimization and risk analysis tools for the financial services industry; PerTrac Financial Solutions, a leading provider of software and data to the global alternative asset management industry; and Netsmart, a leading provider of software to the behavioral and public health markets. Mr. Lewis serves as Board Chair of New Leaders for New Schools, a leading US social enterprise. He holds a PhD from Oxford University and an AB, summa cum laude, from Princeton University.

John H. Moragne - Director.
Mr. Moragne is a co-founder of Trident Capital and has been a Managing Director since 1993. From 1989 to 1993, John was a Principal with Bain Capital, a leveraged buyout firm affiliated with Bain & Company. He was also a Principal of Information Partners Capital Fund, a private equity firm associated with Dun & Bradstreet Enterprises and Bain Capital. Earlier in his career, John was a management consultant with Bain & Company. John’s current directorships include BenefitPoint, Boats.com, Chamberlin Edmonds & Associates, ClaimIQ, PeriGen, Inc., Intagio Group, Inc., and Resolution Health, Inc. His past directorships include MapQuest.com, Inc. John Reardon - Director.
Mr. Reardon joined Trident Capital as a Venture Partner in April 2008 and will be a Managing Director in Fund VII focusing on Health Care IT. Mr. Reardon serves on the Board of Directors of PeriGen and Teladoc, Inc. Mr. Reardon is an experienced healthcare and technology executive who has co-founded several successful start-ups as well as led mature divisions of several large organizations. Prior to Trident, Mr. Reardon was president and CEO of CliniComp International, an acute care clinical information system. Previously, he was an operating partner with JP Morgan Partners. As an Operating Partner with JPMP, Mr. Reardon held interim operating roles or active board roles with seven portfolio companies: fusionOne, Tidal Software, Narus, Determine Software, Above-All Software, Call Vision and NinthHouse Network. Before JPMP, Mr. Reardon was Regional Vice-President of Strategic Planning and Business Development for the St. Joseph Health System in Northern California. In that role, he acquired or started several businesses including hospitals, home services, physician networks, and related administrative companies. During that time, Mr. Reardon built the St. Joseph Health Foundation, a managed care administrator and practice management company for which he served as President. He was also the co-founder of Value Health Management and Health Economics Corporation, which was acquired by EDS in 1996, and Health Economics Corporation, which was acquired by Equifax in 1990. Mr. Reardon holds a BS in History and a BS in Economics from Arizona State University and an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles.

C. Richard Stafford - Director.
Mr. Stafford brings over 40 years of management experience from the legal, pharmaceutical and investment banking industries. He was a Vice President in charge of mergers and acquisitions for Carter-Wallace, Inc., a former New York Stock Exchange listed international pharmaceutical, diagnostics and toiletries company. Carter-Wallace paid dividends for over one hundred years until its acquisition in 2001 for more than $1.1 billion. He was involved in the restructuring and sale of the company, which included the separation of the consumer products from the pharmaceutical businesses. Prior to joining Carter-Wallace, Mr. Stafford was President of Caithness Corporation, an oil, gas and mineral exploration firm. At this time, he also taught evening classes at New York Law School. He has also served as a Vice President of Corporate Finance at the global investment banker, Bear Stearns, as well as the Director of Corporate Development of the Bristol-Myers Company and as an Associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy. He is a cum laude graduate of Harvard College and a graduate of Harvard Law School.
