A. George Neubert, MD Honored at Obstetric Care Conference: The Third Annual PeriGen Knowledge Summit

Princeton, NJ (May 10, 2010) – PeriGen, Inc., the only OB-specific risk reduction company to provide solutions which generate immediate quantifiable clinical and financial value, awarded A. George Neubert, MD, the prestigious Leadership in OB Patient Safety Excellence Award. Dr. Neubert is Chair of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at The Reading Hospital and Medical Center.

The Award was presented at PeriGen’s 2010 Knowledge Summit in Washington, D.C., a gathering of internationally-recognized obstetric experts and safe birth advocates who exchanged ideas and information on how to improve the standard of care for U.S. mothers and the more than 4 million babies expected to be born this year.

Dr. Neubert is the OB Chair at The Reading Hospital and Medical Center in Reading, Pa., which was established in 1867 and provides the community with over 600 acute-care beds. Dr. Neubert’s award was presented by Dan O’Keeffe, MD, PeriGen’s Chief Medical Officer.
