PeriBirth® Reporting
Clinicians can now access complete clinical safety data easily, and benchmark their clinical outcomes against national standards and peer hospitals in a true process of continuous quality improvement.

Standard Aggregate Reporting
PeriBirth’s reporting capabilities directly support patient safety and continuous quality improvement programs. Whether aggregated or detailed, the reports provide an objective window into clinical practice and outcomes. Every PeriGen client can access standard “on demand” reports through the PeriTrack report tool. These reports can be set up for automatic email distribution to smart phones, for example, and can also be generated “on demand.”

Standard Quarterly Dashboard Reporting
PeriBirth helps clinicians sustain effective continuous quality improvement programs with the rich, detailed reporting the system generates.  Each hospital’s clinical outcomes are benchmarked against national trends as well as against peer hospitals in PeriGen’s client base.  In addition to the tracking performance on critical clinical protocols, PeriBirth captures the 6%-8% of potential errors that are avoided when an action or order is cancelled or changed based on a PeriBirth alert.

Each quarter, PeriGen's risk management and clinical consulting teams meet with clients to review the clinical dashboards, identify significant trends and target areas for improvement.  The data supports clinicians in developing and measuring continuous quality improvement processes.

Supplemental Reporting
PeriGen has a wide array of supplemental reporting services available to clients.  These reports can be generated in 2-4 weeks and can be ordered in cost-effective bundles.
